Scope

This legal notice applies to the website mesamia.app (including restaurant pages at mesamia.app/r/…), the Mesamia apps for iOS and Android and the Mesamia restaurant software.

Restaurant information

Mesamia passes table requests between guests and restaurants. Each restaurant is responsible for the information on its restaurant page (for example name, address, opening hours, reservation fee conditions) and for the services it provides on site.

Consumer dispute resolution

Mesamia is neither obliged nor willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

The European Commission's former Online Dispute Resolution platform (ODR platform) was discontinued on 20 July 2025 (Regulation (EU) 2024/3228). We therefore no longer link to it.
